Mortar Web

Sandell is now offering a straight cut mortar collection device that allows moisture to exit cavity wall construction with ease. the simple design of sandell®’s mortar web suspends mortar droppings and redirects moisture to the exterior of the structure.

Bypassing mortar collection all together, moisture is able to dissipate correctly and avoid pooling within the wall. the straight cut and recycled heavy fiber weave, makes this product more effective than the alternative pea gravel application. best of all sandell®’s mortar web is environmentally friendly being completely composed of all recycled materials.

Sandell’s mortar web is available in 1" and 2" widths. it is 10" high and is available in 50ft. rolls. it can be used in all flashing regions, especially in cavity wall construction, composite wall construction, and single-wythe block and veneer applications.
