Sandell's Rubber-Seal flashing is a durable self-adhering membrane consisting of a 40 mil thick rubber waterproofing material that contains no asphalt.  The membrane is produced with up to 40% of recycled tire crumb and other proprietary materials making it a "GREEN" procuct.  Sandell's Rubber Seal Flashing has an agressive adhesive backing layer with a perforated polymetric film release liner that protects the adhesive prior to application.  It is capable of resisting temperature as high as 240 F (116 C), without flowing.

Use:

Sandell's Rubber-Seal Flashing can remain exposed for up to one (1) year to direct sunlight and inclement weather condition.  I will remain flexible in cold weather and will not crack or shatter during application.  Sandell's Rubber-Seal Flashing seals itself around most fastener penetrations like a gasket, resisting leakage and moisture intrusion by water or wind-driven rain.
